This well equipped 4 bedroom
French farmhouse is situated in the valley of the River
Sonnette, in rural Charente. It will comfortably sleep up to 10
people plus a cot if required. It is 15 miles south of Ruffec and only 30
minutes from the bustling city of Angoulême. It is set back off a country
road in a walled courtyard, with the nearest French neighbour approx.150 yards
away. The nearest supermarket is just 10 mins drive, and there are hypermarkets
at Ruffec which is about 20 mins drive. There is a Boulangerie and traditional
French bar/restaurant 3-4 mins away (by car) in Valence, although the
owners often cycle there! |
